Scuo­la Bian­ca is an Inter­na­tion­al Train­ing Insti­tu­tion that offers the pos­si­bil­i­ty to the peo­ple who want to under­take and/or are already pro­fes­sion­als piz­za mak­ers, bak­ers, pas­try chefs and fresh pas­ta artists to train and/or keep up to date on their profession.

Start­ing a train­ing course with our school means hav­ing the desire to train in your free time and at your own learn­ing pace.

We offer to our stu­dents a pro­fes­sion­al train­ing either if it is their first approach to those sub­jects or if they have already been work­ing in the sec­tor for years and want to acquire our knowl­edge in the Made in Italy agro-food field.

We can offer indi­vid­ual, per­son­al train­ing for one per­son or group train­ings for mul­ti­ple branches.

We have our own ful­ly equipped train­ing facil­i­ty, fit­ted with qual­i­ty piz­za ovens of all type — wood fired, gas, dual fuel, elec­tric as well as lat­est revolv­ing floor ovens and tra­di­tion­al sta­t­ic ovens.

Train­ing can be held in your own envi­ro­ment or in our train­ing kitchen.
