Description

Standard colors

Rosso rubino, Nero profondo, Bianco puro.

300 rpm

It is indicated for high hydrated dough (over 60% of water). It must be used in the last phase of mixing and not for a long time.

Reverse

The bowl reverse allows the ingredients to absorb together without mixing them. It is suitable for biga, pre-dough and natural yeast/ sourdough refresh.
